As we approach the Christmas and New Year season, and in line with the rest of the IT industry, Tectrade (A CSI Group Company) will be operating a 'Change Freeze' across our hosted and managed infrastructure.
We put this in place as a control for managing risk and keeping your business systems stable and available during this critical time.
The change freeze will commence as of 17:00 (EST) on Monday, December 13, 2021.
Normal change service will resume again from 09:00 (EST) on Thursday, January 6, 2022.
We will continue to provide 24x7 support to our customers as per agreed SLA’s.
The Service Desk and support services will be operational throughout the holiday period and contactable via all usual methods.
