Our Recruitment Process

Send us your CV and Application Form

The first step of the process is to send us your CV and complete our application form. If our HR team think you could be a good fit for Tectrade, they will contact you to arrange a short telephone interview or send you a video interview link.

Telephone Interview/Video Interview

Our HR team will give you a quick call to find out more about you and what you are looking for in your next role. Or you might be sent an invitation to complete a few questions on our video interview platform.

Face to Face Interview

Our HR team will invite you to our Godalming office for a face to face interview with one of the Tectrade Managers where we can get to know you better and you can find out more about the role and the team.

Senior Leadership Team Interview

Depending on the role you’re interested in, you might have a final face to face interview with one of the Senior Leadership team. It's another chance to ask any questions and for everyone to see if there’s a good company fit.

Our Culture

The Tectrade Way of Life

Life at Tectrade is vibrant, fast-paced with a focus on team work, skills building and training. We work hard but we also play hard. The office is a lively and fun place to be with like-minded people.

Social & Charity

We are passionate about giving back and our social and charity committee work hard to ensure there is always something exciting around the corner that is enjoyable for staff but at the same time gives back to the community. We support many charities that are close to our hearts and have fun at the same time with charity quiz nights, summer BBQ, bake-offs and casino nights.

Community Action Program

Each year, we encourage Tectrade employees to leave their desks for a day to participate in giving back to the community day, ranging from helping plant a garden at a nursing home; sorting through donations at a food bank or painting a room at a hospice on company time.  It is our way of giving something back, working as a team and feeling good about it. 

Mental Health & Wellness

We strive hard to adopt a collective openness in discussing mental health in the workplace by raising awareness, providing training, understanding and working together, not in isolation; to help those it effects.
